Making Bone Like New

If you have a "power chewer" in the house, there is something you can do to make some of your dog's nylon bones like new again. After a while, with all the chewing, the bones are no longer smooth but rather rough, sharp and jagged creating a potential injury to your dog's delicate gums. Having a dremel on hand is an easy fix to this problem. In a matter of minutes on a medium speed, you can file away all of the rough edges and make the bone smooth again.

In the past, before I had a dremel, I would just throw out the expensive nylon bones because Kumason's gums would bleed from the jagged edges.
